MISLEADING ADVERTISING

So I ordered two pallets of Amazon customer returns without any knowledge of what the reason was for the returns. Just that they were overloaded with these items and was being sold in bulk pallets do to lack of interest to look into what the devices were having trouble with. The pics they are using are straight out of a warehouse that is certain to be of Amazon's building. Photoshopped from the web I'm sure. They were supposed to be (electric) Milwaukee hand tools. I waited weeks for there arrival and finally when they were delivered, it  turns out it was an yellow padded envelope in my mail box. Containing two pencil style drill motors with no mfg. name at all. Completely void of any company logo, Nothing. I contacted PayPal told them my situation with this and you know how that goes. "Contact the seller", which I now know is such a waste of time. PayPal sends me to the same source of a fraudulent sale or attempt to sell me junk. The seller then offers 3-4 different refund amounts which I've rejected since I'm entitled to a Full Refund. Then the offers included me keeping these beautiful drill motors that I wouldn't give them away, period. Finally the seller offers to give me a full refund as long as I "all of a sudden there's this big rush and if I don't get them shipped by Dec. 10th I'm out in the cold and will receive no refund. Well I got news for everyone, I know just how to resolve this one with the strong arm of my credit card issuer that's always had my back. Thank God for them since their the only ones who can seem to give the customers what their entitled to and that's basic RESPECT and refunding my transactions. "They are simply the best in the business". Sounds like Sheriff Grady Judd if I might say it. So my bottom line is for me to be more careful of who I deal with and trust. There's a lot of phonies out there and right here in our back yard. Wish the best for the good folks out there and the worst for the rest. Ciao for now.. Ps. One last thing does anyone find it troubling to not be able to just explain your situation to PayPal in clear English any where on their site. I mean some way that's a more open platform to cover all the stuff falling through the cracks or doesn't fit the limited examples given? This is the only means I could find when pressed with this sudden drop dead date to get this wrapped up. This sort of garbage isn't going to improve anyone's bottom line especially for PayPal. No telling how many opportunities that have gone away since the beginning. And that's unfortunate for everybody on both sides. I wonder how many times a fraud has to create such a storm of garbage before they get the boot. And last one I assure you is why they shouldn't be able to mislead us with anything including where they are. But it happens all the time.  Later
