Made a purchase in viagogo through paypal on january, refunded, paypal says yes, my bank says no

Made a purchase in viagogo through paypal on january, my credit card expired in april, but I renovated it with the same bank on April, on May i got a refund from Viagogo and the made it through paypal, Paypal registers this refund and says completed, but there is no trace of my money in my bank,  neither on paypal balance, where is the money then?

Says completed, and my bank confirms there is no such refund anywhere, it's almost three months after this refund, and doesn't appear, neither it says if it was credited to my old credit card or anything

I have exactly the same problem.

I tried to contact the customer service: "No agents is available"

I don't even see the refund in the transaction list.
