Made two payments via bill pay on same day one posted another didnt

Made two tax payments to the county on the same day ... One arrived , other didn't .. [removed]

[removed] I did some research and it looks like this is a widespread issue at PayPal bill pay that hasn't been solved for years and we as customers need to go through the hassle.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I can understand how it may be a bit concerning when a bill pay you've sent does not go through as expected. If the second payment has not completed within 2-5 business days after you've completed it, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
