Merge Business account with personal account

I have two PayPal accounts and therefore two logins. One is my personal account ([Removed]), the other is my Seller/Business account ([Removed]). I thought I took the correct steps to create my seller profile, but obviously I didn't because it made me create a separate login and my pesonal one let me create another business profile which I turned off because I don't want that one. Can we merge these two accounts? It's frustrating that PayPal is holding my funds in my seller account but not my personal account. So I have stopped using the seller account and now using my personal account for all business transactions because I don't have to wait for 21 days, which is ridiculous.

You can't merge accounts unless you close one of them and add the email address that identified that one to your other paypal account, you can have up to 8 email addresses on the x1 paypal account.

The new seller hold applies to both personal and business accounts if you are using the account to accept goods/services payments.

However if you don't now get any hold on your personal account it means you have met the criteria for the hold to be released on that account but not on the newly opened business account.
