Hello guys. I tried to make a purchase on the site Hot Topic. The PayPal option was available and I took it. It sent me immediately to payments, and the money for the order and shipping was taken from my account in a cinch. However, Hot Topic declared that there was an error with my address, and the order did not go through. The website still gave me the option to pay for the order, but now I'm out of money. Upon checking my PayPal account, the transaction is nowhere to be found. Hot Topic customer service told me there's nothing they can do, as there's no order on my name. What do I do to get my money back?
