I sent ltc to another wallet nearly an hour ago, the transaction says PENDING, but it also say, it has been added to the blockchain, but when I search the blockchain with the receiving address it is not on there, and since paypal doesn't tell me what the Sending ADDRESS or the Transaction HASH # is I can't look it up that way either. How do I force it to go? Or why isn't It going? Why is it not on the blockchain when it says it is? I have read the "article" on crypto transactions and THAT IS NOT WHAT I NEED I need to know why paypal isn't sending my transaction the the Blockchain and it is just sitting there PENDING, and if it's not even sent to the blockchain yet, HOW DO I CANCLE IT? Because this is absolutely ridiculous.
