My bank account from "Centier Bank" was removed from my PayPal account, and I can no longer add it back. PayPay customer told me they are incopatible, yet the bank is listed as available bank on PayPay. I've tried adding using bank account, bank user/pass, even paypal customer service. What is going on? I'm being overcharged to sent money back to my bank through debit card!!!
