My refund from PayPal to my cashapp has not shown in cashapp it's been over a month

I tried to send money to my cashapp acct from my PayPal acct and it went thru as a refund but the funds have never shown up in my cashapp acct and it's been over a month. PayPal says the money was sent successfully and it's a cashapp problem and cashapp tells me they see no refund from PayPal at all and that it's a PayPal problem.

Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". @Cajun681  Were you able to get this resolved? I am going through the same nightmare and it's been almost two month.  Neither PayPal nor Cashapp can seem to locate my funds.  No matter how much information and documentation I provide, I keep get the same canned responses.  This is so unreal!

No unfortunately I have not been able to get this resolved yet. And it's been over 3 months I've been dealing with this. It's absolutely ridiculous. PayPal keeps telling me to dispute it with cashapp yet has yet to provide any documentation showing the funds were refunded to cashapp. My app says it was refunded to PayPal inc. In beyond [Removed] and at a loss as to what to do further.

Yeah, that's exactly what's happening to me.  This is beyond insane.

Same/Similar situation here and absolutely no response.  

Says the same thing in my app.  When I ask why does it say it was sent to Paypal Inc, they just retreat to the same answer: It was sent back to cashapp.

I'm sure Paypal/Cashapp would be more diligent in helping is was their money. 

Considering the amount I'm dealing with, I will like have to get my legal team involded.

This is so stupid!
