Need Help with Pay in 30 Days Service for Travel Booking on Klook

Hi, I'm reaching out because I encountered a discrepancy with a recent transaction involving Pay in 30 Days service and I'm hoping to get some guidance.
Last month, I used Pay in 30 Days service to book a travel event on the Klook travel app. The total cost of the event was 473.37 USD. When PayPal processed the payment, it converted the amount to 465.23 Euro.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel the event and received a refund of 427.82 Euro from Klook travel.
Now, I need to transfer 27.41 Euro back to PayPal. I cancelled the booking and didn't get anything from it. Why should I still pay 27.41 Euro? I'm quite puzzled by this situation and unsure of how to proceed.
Could you please give me some suggestions?
