New Paypal Account - Debit Card Declined

I have just made a new Paypal account based in United Arab Emirates. I am trying to link my debit card, but it was declined several times. Are there any restrictions on adding debit cards in UAE.

You have an Egyptian paypal account so are you a resident of the UAE or Egypt?

I travelled, I made another account from UAE. The debit card is from an issued UAE bank as well.

Yep but you can't use a country specific paypal account in another country.

So if you are in the UAE now then yes you can add a card, if however you are in Egypt then you may not be able to use your UAE paypal account.

You still haven't said where you are residing at the moment so sorry can't help, maybe contact customer services?
