Hello I want to send money to my paypal account To pay bill, but the bank in my country didn't allow that at moment' Please I need help on how I can credit my paypal account! Best regards Onumagba
You can't hold a balance or add funds to a balance in your country.
Also the option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Nigeria. You can however send payments for purchases but only funded by a (confirmed) credit card.
