No email address displayed with payment in PayPal account

When we receive a payment it normally shows the senders email address on the PayPal account, now it just displays their name no email address so we cannot identify the sender. How can we find the email address of the sender?

I am sorry to know about the issue that you're running into with the email. As per the information that you've shared, it is possible that this might be due to technical glitch which might be the reason the email address is not reflecting. You may try to check it again at a later time on your account. However, you should have received a email notification about the payment details, I would recommend to check email inbox.

Hi, after contacting Customer Support, clients email addresses are now showing on the payment page on the PayPal website. The only remaining problem the PayPal web page has using Windows now is the Contacts only showing a few clients, not the 1000+ we have, also searching contacts does not show them. Customer Support referred my to Technical Support, but Technical Support emailed me and said it is not a problem they can help with as its the PayPal web page, and to contact Customer Support again !!!!!!!!! We checked on the PayPal Android app, and its the same, the only way you can see all clients is in Customers on the Android app, but that does not help when you need to block an email address from sending payments.
