Non-existent customer service

I have been a PayPal customer for over 22 years. I’ve never had a problem with my account until may 10. This is the second week my bank account has gone negative and I have no money to access due to an incorrect charge. There is a refund sitting in my PayPal account but they only keep sending through the incorrect charge. I’ve asked numerous times to speak to a manager and they will not transfer me. The people answering the phones are realistically receptionists. They have no authority to help you. I have a dispute filed but meanwhile here I am Weekend #2 without any money. Even my bank said they wouldn’t use PayPal. I’ve been a fool to allow a company without customer service to be in charge of my money. Once resolved I will be closing my account. I just wanted to put this warning out there for others. PayPal is fine until there’s a problem and do you really want to risk your money with an unmanaged company?

Sorry your post is difficult to understand, one minute its a refund, next its a dispute then its an incorrect charge???
