I own a business account and a personal account. Can I transfer money from the personal account to the business account via "friends and family" and is this within paypal's TOS? There are no goods and services purchased, just moving money between accounts I own. But I don't want to do anything against the paypal TOS.

Yes, you can send money between your personal account to your business account viathe"friends and family" option. Please note that transactions may be subject to a hold when you transfer them and we may query some of these transactions with you. You will be emailed if this happens and can respond to our query in the 'Resolution Centre' in your account.
