Good afternoon, I tried to set up a Pay in 3 account with a supplier, but I didn't complete the transaction. The first payment was taken from my bank account and sitting as Pending. The Pay in 3 isn't now showing on my Paypal. I am assuming that the money will come back into my account? I cannot find an email address to contact Paypal and phoning doesn't help. Thanks in advance.
