Recent Purchases made with my PayPal Debit card have gone to my bank, rather than being charged from my paypal funds. I was pretty certain that my Paypal wallet had sufficient funds but instead it got charged to my Bank, which in turn causes my Bank to charge PayPal, inquiring an added 2.50EUR fee to every single purchase afaik. Is there any way to stop Paypal from trying to withdraw from my bank account- Especially if there are still funds available in OTHER currencies?
