PayPal credit balance unchanged despite paying money into account for 3 days now

I Paid money from my bank into my paypal , hoping to reduce my outstanding PayPal credit balance since 3 days now , this have not to reflected because my credit balance is not reduced yet , it’s still the same amount it was before I paid money in . Anyone been in this situation? The transaction state “completed “ but my previous credit balance is unchanged .
