PayPal credit offers 0% APR if eBay purchase over $300 is paid off in 6 months. Do they offer that for non-eBay purchases over $300

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question. It looks like PayPal Credit offers 6 months special financing on purchases of $99.00+ outside of eBay based off of the following link: Buy now, pay over time with PayPal Credit.
