PayPal credit

I am subscribed to Sony playstation plus monthly subscription and when I purchase a game as my PayPal credit for my PayPal credit, PayPal still takes my bank money out and i have plenty of money on my PayPal credit. But they still manage to get money from my bank. I'm debating about canceling my account if PayPal. Please help resolving this issue as I want only my PayPal to be paid with. Frustrated with this company.

I understand that you would like to make a payment using your PayPal credit balance and I know this can be concerning. There could be various reasons why the payment is now going through the PayPal Credit. It is possible that the Merchant does not accept PayPal Credit or not all goods or purchases will be eligible to use PayPal Credit as an option for the payment.
