PayPal put a ban on the account when tried to by on Weverse Shop

We tried to buy tickets to watch the live stream of a concert BTS will give on California. Their tickets are sold through this app Weverse Shop. Back in July we were able to buy tickets and all went smoothly with PayPal. Today, when we tried to buy the tickets at the same place again, Paypal just put a ban on the account, and no longer will let us use it to purchase or receive money. We called customer service and they couldn’t say why the account was ban, and even told us we can’t create a new one since they no longer want to have us as customers (in other words). Even though we ask an explanation, they just said your account has limited access and we don’t have more information about it. We are stumped and surprised, we don’t understand. Is it because is a transaction from South Korea?

I am sorry to know that you can no longer use PayPal. It seems like the account is limited. Account limitations are placed in situations where we see unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. When we place a limitation, an email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem. In most cases, you can find options to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center.
