I transferred $686 USD to my PayPal a few days ago. For whatever reason they decided to give me a conversion rate that is absolutely disgusting compared to the real rate in my currency (their rate: $18.41, real rate $19.77) They should have given me around $13,500 (in pesos) and ended up giving me $12,644 , meaning they STOLE around $46 USD for this transaction. I am beyond appalled. You keep getting greedier by the minute PayPal, am going to find a way to stop using you as a middle man since you’re such bully!!!!! I’m so angry right now, PayPal steals a ton of money through currency conversions, found no place to understand how it is they decide the conversion rate and the day they actually make the transfer. DISGUSTING.
