I used to transfer Paypal funds to Payoneer's debit mastercard. But recently after I added Payoneer's new virtual card (after the earlier one got expired), I can't see the card in the transfer page though I see it in the linked cards page. How can I resolve this?
Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
