Payment Notification Email From PayPal

We've encountered a rather peculiar issue and could use some assistance. Previously, when customers made payments, we received notification emails from PayPal with subject lines like this:
"Item #ABC - Notification of Payment Received from Customer Name (Customer's Email Address)"
However, something unusual has occurred, and now the subject line simply reads "Notification Of Payment Received." This change has caused Gmail to thread these emails together under the same conversation.
We're curious to understand what might have changed since 18-Sep-2023. Any insights or guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Facing exactly the same issue since early this month. Chatted and called Customer Support Agents, they said will get back to me, until today still no reply

I would recommend you to contact the Support team to get your information added to the open tickets so the concerned team can look into this further.

They never help and hence i approached PayPal forum. I would request you to raise this internally provided you are a PayPal employee
