I sent a payment to a friend using PayPal, they said they didn’t use it anymore so I cancelled the payment. It has been way over 30 days and I have not received the money back, my PayPal just says refund given. Can’t get hold of anyone at PayPal to help, chat or just says wait 30 days - it has been 37 and counting and still missing my money.
