Payment is not going through, TELUS international

I've been trying to receive money from TELUS international, about 30$, for a task I did for them. But the payment "is not going through" as they are saying. Although my account is verified. This is the first time to use Paypal (as in receiving or having money), but my account is open since 2022.

Welcome! Thank you for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I understand it can be a bit concerning when running into an issue receiving a payment to your PayPal account. Thanks for letting us know your account is Verified. I would double-check with TELUS to make sure they have the correct email address first, and then make sure that email address is confirmed before reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance. They can double-check your settings to make sure you're setup correctly to receive funds.
