Payment to xtb broker cannot be sent

Hello,

I have problem with sending money to my xtb broker account through paypal. Payment is denied every time and the money sent back immediately.

Also xtb does not register any incoming payments
error message:
From time to time, PayPal must review a payment more closely to ensure it complies with the established User Agreement and our global regulatory obligations. We identified a risk that prevents us from completing this payment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I heard paypal might be wary about money laundering, but I know about other people from the same country as me who never had this problem

I do understand your frustration with this. From time to time, PayPal needs to take a little longer to review transactions to ensure that the transactions are compliant. It sounds like your transaction could not be completed after the review. This cannot be overridden I'm afraid. 

 

You should have received an email with further details. Please check your email inbox for more updates.

That error message was from that email what I received.

Unfortunately, there was no more accurate info.
