Paypal does not accept my Fiverr payment withdrawal

Hello. My paypal account does not accept the payment withdrawal I tried to make the 23th of November 2024 from my Fiverr account. I never had issues with withdrawing my money from Fiverr to Paypal and I do not understand why Paypal is not accepting the withdrawal I'm trying to make. I already contacted the Fiverr support team, and from their end they say it's Paypal that has not authorized the withdrawal. My withdrawal on Fiverr keeps pending and reading " Withdrawal in process" since the 23th of November. Please help me understand why this time the payment withdrawal I'm trying to make is not working, I would greatly appreciate it as right now I am deeply worried and stressed over this issue. If it's of any relevance, altough my Paypal account is created in Romania I live right now in Germany. (Yet, I have made several withdrawals under this circumstance and it never posed any issue.)

The issue would be >>>

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
