Paypal removed from clearscore and credit score declined?

How do I fix this? I didn't authorise it's removal

I've had the same issue. ClearScore said it was an issue on PayPal's end and I tried to speak to someone from there, but I guess they didn't know what I meant so their reply was far from helpful. 

I've since tried Experian and my credit score is where it should be on there, so it seems like it's only a ClearScore problem.
