Hi, 

PayPal fee is 86 SEK. I would like to know, based on what, you calculate the fee.
To reduce the fee, what is the work around we can do.

That appears to be a currency conversion charge. 

check:

https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/preferences/payments

and see if your chosen method of receiving funds is:

Accept all payments and convert all to SEK. Additional charges apply.

If you have that checked, that is the reason for the charges, you may want to review the other options there and see if one of them suits you better.
