Hello,
I recently received emails from Paypal with the message "It looks like you started a payment for ....... We wanted to let you know this payment didn't go through." However, the payment actually went through successfully and the merchants also sent me the goods I ordered as expected. It happened a number of times.
I tried to contact Paypal for this but couldn't find a way to contact them. The Paypal Assistant is useless.
I am thinking of just simply ignoring those emails but wonder whether those emails are indicating some problems behind that may catch me one day. May I ask the community here, or any paypal staff here, why such emails were sent to me when the payments have no problem. Or, can anyone tell me how I can contact Paypal via email to report this problem?
Thank you.
