Pending payment

Hi All, I have a pending payment, which titeled as payed. From my account was transfered, so i havent got the ammount in my account...

I got a letter from Paypal, about this payment is under security checking. 

I send as a friends, and 5 minutes later another payment was succesfull to other friend.

Anyone had a same problem? Have solution?

Paypal randomly reviews friends/family payments to make sure they are not being used for payment for goods or services.
