Pending transaction from USPS

Today, there was something pending from USPS on my PP account. It is for @$13.50 from September 1st. And it says Order placed. I did in fact order stamps in Sept and there is another transaction on PP with the same charge and it has all the info on what I bought. I also have it already on my bank statement and my stamps were delivered. I am unsure what this other pending charge is since I have not ordered anything recently. After seeing this I did change my PP password and deactivated the auto payments from USPS. Idk why there were auto payments, but I guess it started when I made my purchase back in September. Has anyone had this happen or possible know what this could be? I don't remember every having this issue until today. 

Also, the transaction starts with a 'O', but my original transaction started with a 'B'. Not too sure that is an important detail, but I figured I would add it. Apologies if this doesn't make much sense or if I am rambling. I am just really anxious about this situation cuz I don't really understand what's going on.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I can certainly understand how seeing an unexpected transaction on your Activity would be a bit concerning. A transaction beginning with "O-" is normally just an Order which is an agreement between the buyer and seller before the authorization of the actual transaction. In this case, it sounds like the Order for the original transaction in September may never have been closed out by USPS. Normally, the order is changed to "Completed" after the authorization and transaction is finalized. From time to time, it may stay as "Pending" or "In Progress". As long as the original authorization and transaction were completed without any hiccups, this is going to be just a cosmetic issue, but you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see if it can be voided.
