Photos stocks send me payments, but one accept others declined with Reason Code [removed]

I works on photo stocks and before April 2022 using Pyaoneer for receive money. After war in Ukraine the Paypal has worked in my country. I have sent all new month payments to my verified paypal account and even receive one but other (5-6 payments from other sites) are declined with Reason Code [removed]. It's very sad! I do not know what the problem and in April i lose the opportunity to receive my money :(((

Because PayPal Ukraine expanded service applies to personal payments, not for commercial use. So you have to keep using Payoneer for your photo work.

It tells you right on the PayPal Ukraine homepage.

But why Ukrainian users can't use Paypal for work and when It's would be available? I carefully have read the news about PayPal for Ukraine and choose my payment method to Paypal but this problem 😞

Adobe Stock, ShutterStock, Freepik, Alamy, 123RF and Depositphots are trying to send me money and only Mostphotos have sent me money successfully. But Mostphotos is a still commercial company.
