I don't know why but all out of the sudden I can't pay with my GPay virtual card (connected with PayPal) anymore and it gets declined every time. The thing is that I never had issues before and already asked Revolut and Google if there's an issue with my account but they all said it probably because of PayPal. My PayPal account is connected to my bank and has balance, so it's not in debt or whatsoever
Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks). Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying. If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
