Problems with Xoom PayPal keeps looping me back to confirm ID

I use PayPal Xoom to send money to the Philippines and now it is confirming me by SMS as always has done but now it does not return me to Xoom but back to the lets confirm its you. I have totally cleaned my machine and tried another browser but to no effect, I am new to this community but hope someone can help as its impossible to get in touch with PayPal or Xoom

Put xoom into google > click on first option > scroll down to 'nearly' bottom of page and you will see CALL US.
Scroll down past the message option and you will see all the phone numbers for all countries and languages.
Advice is voluntary.

Yes thanks but I have now overcome it, I was loggingi nto Xoom via PayPal now I log in to Xoom directly and it cured the problem
