Trying to purchase a gift card online using Walmart or Target. They accept PayPal but when I try to purchase a gift card the payment is accepted but then I get a notification that the order is canceled. why can't I purchase a gift card using my PayPal credit?

You should be able to purchase a Gift card using PayPal credit, if the order is getting cancelled please get in touch with the merchant to find out more information on this.
