RBC Mobile Failed

Hi,
I just use my paypal to checkout thru website,
and I choose my bank account for payment instead of Credit Card,
after that it show me this message:
After that I click agree and log in to my RBC bank account,
then it need code from my RBC mobile,
The problem is my RBC Mobile didn't receive any code,
and where should I enter "YES" post verification?
I really can't find and message in my RBC Mobile app,
Could some one please help me to solve this problem?
