Please, I need help on the receive money on hold, I had follow all the steps to get this money release because it’s for emergency purpose but none was working. The send ask me to refund the money back which I did and it’s deliver to him immediately. He resent the money and still on hold for the second. The charges had been deducted 3times on the money that am unable to received. Now am getting regret of choosing this PayPal option because I don’t see the options of reaching out to the customer service directly. Please I need an urgent help. Thanks
