Receiver says payment not received no help from.paypal

I have sent money to a person for the 5th time (all other payments recieved OK) this time they have not received payment and I can not find out why this is

Double check the email address you used and make sure there weren't any typos or spelling errors.

What does it say on the transaction on your side?

How did you fund the payment and which option did you select when you sent it?

This is the 5th payment i have made to them over couple of years, same account. this time no show? using friends and family shows payment was made, paypal help is useless
