Receiving money from Bandcamp

Bandcamp (music platform) has sent the money at the the first day of the month to paypal but it does not appear up to now. So what can I do? what is the problem?

Have you received funds before?

If not have you added a visa credit card to allow the receipt of funds and the auto-withdrawal of them?

I did not receive any money before from paypal and I did not add a visa credit. I thought I can receive the money on paypal then I can connect a visa at any time.

Nope in your country to ''receive'' funds you need to link and confirm a visa credit card to allow for the auto-withdrawal of those funds from your balance on receipt of them.
