Recent Activity and Payment History

I've never had this issue until today, but when I log into PayPal my recent activity and payment history have completely disappeared. I cannot access that information anywhere. I've tried logging in through Bing and Chrome as well as the mobile app to no avail and customer service has been zero help with this. Has this happened to anyone else before, and if so, how was the problem resolved? Thanks.

Welcome to the Community Forum and thank you for your post! That sounds like it would be disconcerting! 

 

It's good that you tried multiple avenues to reach your account as a test. I'm sorry that Customer Service was unable to help. If the problem is persisting, please reach out to Customer Service once more and ask them to forward the issue and your account information to our technicians to investigate. In addition to the help that could provide you, it will serve as a way of determining whether or not multiple people are having the issue. 

 

I hope this has already resolved itself though! That would be the best result!
