I ordered knife sharpeners from SENZU - made payment to PayPal $98.44 (AUD). I checked in Paypal to see that they had received my payment - and it was visible there. I cancelled the order immediately - just decided I didn't want them. SENZU say they cancelled their payment request with Paypal, & PayPal owes me the refund. But my records in Paypal no longer show that they received the payment from me. And I have not had any refund. Does anyone have any useful suggestions? Thanks
