Hello, I have a problem with my PayPal account. My account has been restricted and permanently closed, but since I have funds available, PayPal has allowed me to transfer my balance to my bank account. However, PayPal only allows the transfer to the account I registered, which is unfortunately closed. So I am contacting you to see if you can allow me to add another transfer method or simply allow me to provide a RIB in order to proceed with the refund. I really need this money.

I do understand you want PayPal to transfer your funds to another bank. Requesting you to reach out to our support team to get this resolved. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
