Error message: Right now we're not able to complete this transaction. I can't transfer to visa debit card and I've been trying for 4 days. I was able to successfully transfer before and I also tried using different devices and network none seems to work

I understand that you are unable to transfer the money. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Withdrawals can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. We decline some withdrawals to help protect you from any possible fraudulent activity. Based on the information you have provided, it sounds like this withdrawal is hitting our PayPal security system that's preventing withdrawing funds. In this case, I would recommend you wait 24-48 hours without trying to withdraw and then try again. If that doesn't work, you can try making the withdrawal using different bank or card. 

However, if you are still facing issue please contact our support.

is been a few days since then and now it doesn't work for 2 of my linked debit cards, will definitely contact support

I have never had an issue with trying to pay before and it seems numerous people are having issues recently, all around the same date/time.  Is it possible there is an issue with paypal ?

Had to use my android phone which worked after numerous times on my computer that didnt work.
