My client said that every time he will transfer a payment to me. The message will say "SORRY WE CANNOT PROCESS THIS. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". This will be the third time he will transfer me money so I know that he could be trusted. He said maybe my account was suspened but I could still log in with ease. 

 

Any thoughts?

I am so sick of this... it's happening to me too.  I've called verified money is on my card and STILL I cannot send my sister the money she needs... I'm recovering from Covid and this is NOT helping at all.

Norvel, Paypal said that if that happens the problem is coming from the sender. Maybe your card attached to your paypal has issues or your general paypal profile. You have to email them to ask whats wrong with your account so you can send the money.
