STEAM PAYMENT DEDUCTED USING PAYPAL - PENDING PAYMENT DOESNT SHOW ON TRANSACTION - MONEY GONE

Hi,

Chose to pay with paypal on steam, money deducted, payment pending since 6th of April. No goods received on Steam.

The payment doesnt show on either Paypal or Steam and to top it all off theres no way to contact to paypal which is infuriating
