Sales Tax Overcharges from foreign companies which are charging sales tax at a 20% rate or higher after the authorized amount of product. Anyone else having trouble getting a refund? And what can we do to get it stopped. I have made transactions for products which later turned out to be foreign companies then paid for them through PayPal, later to find out the seller is dinging my account for the amount that I authorized plus a large sales tax amount. When we pay an invoice with PayPal the amount charged from our account should never be more than the authorized charge amount stated at the time of sale, I would never authorize a seller to tack on any amount that they want. This should be addressed immediately with PayPal authority!!!
