Security issues can't make payments

For 2 weeks I have been trying to pay Buy a Gift, Pandora and Free Now. No error message payment just won't go through. My bank says there is no problem there end. Paypal say there is no issue with my account but their security system is blocking the payments. I was told to wait 72 hours and try again but the same thing happened. Anybody else had this issue and know why? They said I had been changing my address and changing it back again but I don't remember doing this.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to complete the payment. It is entirely possible that you could be running into our security system. Each time you initiate a transaction, our system runs through a series of filters to locate any possible risk and if there's any risk found our system to temporarily block the activity. I recommend you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or trying a different internet browser/device.

If the issue persists, you can try to complete the payment using different payment method or reach out to our team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
