Send from Personal Account to Business Account?

Hi all -- I can't seem to find this exact answer.

I have  a Paypal Personal Account.
I want to transfer funds into a Paypal Merchant Account from the balance in my personal account (i.e., not from a CC or bank account)
Is this doable?  Is there a fee?

Some background -- I would like to link a bank account to the Paypal personal account.  When I try to do this, Paypal gives me an error that this bank account is already linked to too many other papyal accounts.  This is not the case however -- it WAS linked to a merchant account that I had at one point, but not anymore.  Hence, I must move the money an extra step to withdraw it.

Paypal has not been helpful in this so far.  If you know of a real number where I can talk to a real person, that would be good I suppose.

Also make sure you allow 72 hours between removing and trying to re-add it again.

If it doesn't work then try another browser or device or ask customer services to add it for you.

I allowed the 72 hours already (they told me that) and it still didn't work.
But I'll try another browser, hadn't thought of that.

Any idea on the answer to the first question about sending from a personal account to a merchant account?

Are you talking about sending funds to another sellers merchant account or your own account?

Well, really, both options would help.
I wasn't aware that Paypal would recognize if I'm the owner of both a merchant account and personal account, as they are using different email addresses.  But ok then.
