If its saying  SENT then its a friends/family payment that has successfully completed to the email address you sent it to that is linked to an open Paypal account.

I hope that the recipient is a family member or close mate? Because scammers tell you to send using the f/f option and then they can pretend that they didn't receive it knowing there is nothing you can do about it as that option has 0 Paypal buyer protection.
